New UK headquarters for an International IT company.
Architectural services included a full service from inception to completion comprising obtaining Planning and Conservation Area Consent to demolish an existing warehouse building to be replaced with a new 9,500 sq ft (GIA) commercial office development.
The offices are set out over 3 floors, including a new basement level; complete with new state-of-the-art infrastructure and IT systems.
West Leigh worked alongside Wolff Architects to deliver this impressive supply and installation of W20 section steel arched-head windows, double glazed with 16mm low ‘E’ units.
