Total reglazing of this development involved replacement of the solid bead glazing system with new insulating units using a drained glazing technique. In addition all the stainless steel facade was cleaned and external perimeters repointed.

Canada Life, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

A typical sixties style office building which required overhauling of the existing curtain walling. A new rain jacket was installed to clad the panel areas which gives the building a more modern appearance.

Centre Point, London, WC1.

Refurbishing the facade of this well known building included; reglazing with new antisun glass, concrete cleaning, aluminium cleaning and redecoration of the spandrel panels. The works were undertaken whilst the building was occupied with the reglazing being carried out at night to minimise disruption to tenants.

Nissan (UK), Worthing, Sussex.

The existing double glazed units had a failure rate of around 60%. West Leigh introduced a self draining glazing system and replaced all the glass with solar controlled double glazing units and the spandrels with insulated toughened glass panels.

This notable building of its time was showing signs of distress. West Leigh surveyed and undertook the extensive remedial works, including testing of structural fixings and selective reglazing of vision areas and spandrel panels.
